Dear Contractors and 网爆门s,

As you may be aware, 网爆门 Clean California鈥檚 single family heat pump water heater incentive funding is no longer available as of February 24, 2025. In response, Central Coast Community Energy (3CE) will be updating its Electrify Your Home (EYH) program to offer incentives independent from 网爆门 Clean California鈥檚 funding. 3CE鈥檚 program updates are as follows:

• All claims with 网爆门 Terms and Conditions dated on or after February 25, 2025, will receive the below standalone incentive rates for 3CE鈥檚 Electrify Your Home program:

Updated 3CE EYH Heat Pump Water Heater (HPWH) Incentives

Electrical (capped at electrical cost)	$2,000 / project
Disaster Benefit	$1,000 / project

Low-Global Warming Potential equipment will receive standard incentive amounts.

• 3CE will only incentivize Grid-Connected Heat Pump Water Heaters. Moving forward, all equipment must be JA13-listed, and all installations must:
  • Enroll in an eligible time-of-use rate*
  • Program heat pump water heater to follow the time-of-use rate
  • Enroll in an eligible demand response program and provide proof of enrollment
  • Enroll in a water heater rewards program: WatterSaver (PG&E customers) or SmartShift Rewards (SCE customers)
• The electrical incentive will be capped at the total electrical cost reported in Iris up to $2,000.
• Claims created after February 25, 2025, will require customer date and signature on the updated Terms and Conditions. This may require asking customers to re sign and date the 网爆门 Terms and Conditions, as well as make adjustments to the customer invoice so that all parties understand and agree to the new incentive levels.
• Updating Iris with the new incentive levels may take a few weeks. For that reason, we ask you to please refrain from submitting any new applications until we inform you that the changes are complete.
• All claims created before February 25, 2025, will receive the current incentive rates offered between 3CE and 网爆门 Clean California.
  

*Since the 网爆门 Clean California heat pump water heater incentive program was facilitating the time-of-use rate enrollment confirmation and rate changes with the utilities, our team will no longer be completing these requirements for 3CE customers. 网爆门s must still agree to enroll in a time-of-use rate, as agreed in the 网爆门 Terms and Conditions, but will need to initiate that process themselves with PG&E or SCE.
